Developmental Milestone - Gross Motor milestone in child

Today I will be talking about DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONE focusing mainly on Gross motor milestones.

There are usually 1 or 2 questions from milestones. Sometime there isn't any question on milestone but  sometimes they gave 3 questions on this. So just try and remember them.

Gross Motor Milestone

1. Neck holding - 3 month
2. sit with support - 5 months
3. sit without support - 8 month
4. Roll in bed - 4-6 month (that's why child don't fall from bed before 6 months)
5. Crawling - 9 month
6. Creeping - 10 month
7. stand with support- 10 month
8. stand without support-12month
9. Walk -12 month
10. Walk upstairs with both feet at each step -2 years(2 feet 2 years)
11. walk upstairs with one foot at each steps- 3 years(for one feet add One year more to 2 feet )
12. Rides tricycle -3 years tricycle has 3 wheel hence 3 years)
13. Hops on one foot - 4years
14. Skips on both feet - 5 years
15. Rides a bicycle - 5 years (trick 3+2= 5 ie at 3 years he rides tricycle, then add 2 for bicycle , as bicycle has 2 wheel)
