Strawberry tongue - Kawasaki disease
Strawberry nose -       Rhinosporidosis
Strawberry Vagina -   Trichomonas Vaginalis  (i couldn't find any image related to this)also called red angry looking vagina/cervix , greenish white discharge, itching, dysuria
Strawberry gingiva- Wegener granulomatosis
